It reduces feelings of stress and reduces excessive immune responses in allergic reactions.it enhances digestion , cerebral circulation, memory, concentration and mental acuity.

Ginkgo is a popular herb used for its cognitive and circulatory benefits. Its active compounds, flavonoids, and terpenoids, act as antioxidants, increase blood flow, and improve memory and cognitive function. Ginkgo has also been shown to improve vision, reduce symptoms of asthma, and alleviate anxiety and depression..

Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis and Matricaria recutita) This small and gentle plant has been long used as a beverage tea but is equally valued for its powerful medicinal properties. It is one of the best children’s herbs. It has been used for treating children’s colic, nervous stress, infections and stomach disorders. One of chamomile’s major constituents is azulen volatile oil. Azulen contains a whole complex of active principles that serve as anti inflammatory and antipyretic agents. It’s medicinal action is most obvious in three major areas: the nervous system, the immune system and the digestive system.

 Rosehips (Rosa canina) Rose hips provide a rich herbal source of vitamin C and flavonoids; they are considered to have antiscorbutic effects. The flavonoids synergize the effects of vitamin C. The vitamin C content enhances the integrity of connective tissue and reduces inflammation. The vitamin C and flavonoid content also support the immune system and counter the stress response.

 St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum) St John’s Wort can be very effective for treating mild depression, anxiety, stress, tension, nerve damage and seasonal affective disorder. Like many herbs, it needs to be used over a period of time for full effect. Hypericin, one of the herbs active constituents, increases the metabolism of serotonin and melatonin, which aid the bodies ability to receive and store light. Hyperforin, another constituent, contributes to emotional stability by slowing the uptake of the “feel good” neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline, allowing them to circulate longer in the body. St John’s Wort has anti-bacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties which makes it helpful in treating bacterial and viral infections.

Ingredients:  Tincture organic ashwagandha, holy basil, ginkgo, lemon balm, lavender, chamomile, ginger, rosemary, distilled water & vegetable glycerin.
Tea 1.5 oz of organic dried chamomile, lemon balm, st. john’s wort, holy basil & rosehips.

Directions: Shake well before use. Keep in a cool dark area. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid use during pregnancy. Always consult a medical practitioner before use.

0.25 mL dose 1-3 x/day. Use 1 tsp/cup of tea. Add tincture to tea and enjoy!
