Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) from the mint/lamiaceae family is a relaxing and uplifting nervine that helps with anxiety & depression. Helps restore overall nervous system function. Very useful when stress & anxiety affects digestion. Calming antiviral & anti-septic, the leaves & flowers contain volatile oils, tannins and bitters that have a definite relaxing, antispasmodic effect on the nervous system.
