Relaxing nervine that helps improve circulation. Peppermints anondyne properties helps with reducing the pain of headaches, bee stings, burns and toothaches. Few herbs are as versatile, delicious, safe, effective, readily available and as easy to grow as peppermint.
Ingredients: Organic peppermint loose leaf tea
Directions: Avoid use during pregnancy.
Use 1 tsp of peppermint/cup of tea. Infuse for 15 minutes, strain and enjoy!
