Ingredients:  Tincture: Organic dried Vitex, ashwagandha, red clover, nettle, licorice root, hops, motherwort, lemon balm, cinnamon, vegetable glycerin, distilled water & grain vodka.
Tea: 1.5 oz of organic dried raspberry leaf, rosehips, hibiscus & orange peel.

Directions: Shake well before use. Keep in a cool dark area. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid use during pregnancy. 

Start with 0.25 mL dose 1-3 x/day. Use 1 tsp of Vitamin C/cup of tea.
